Spring is Springing

The daffodils are showing their leaves at last. I'm not sure if they've been slow because I planted them late, or if the cold winter kept them down.

The wildflowers have been this size for about two months. I'm actually surprised they survived the freezes we had, but I suppose they are really weeds.

I do miss growing daffs. Before moving to the US from southwest England (Bath), I used to fill my house with them in the spring. They were glorious. Can you grow snowdrops or crocus, too?

I have snowdrops that were only struggling because they were no longer getting sun (I've finally moved them this year), but I've never attempted crocus.
